Caravan Service — free of charge

As part of our commitment to the best after sales service, we offer Caravan Service: a regular visit by Shin Nippon Machinery engineers, direct to your working site, at no cost. The purpose is to check for minor issues before they become major ones, answer any questions your team has about SNM units, and provide advice and recommendations on operation. Beyond supplying spare parts and new units, PT. Bunga Harapan has hands-on experience repairing and overhauling pumps and turbines — SNM and other manufacturers alike — including local supervision, damage inspection, and troubleshooting by our own experienced technicians.
