Design Feature
The model CZ is double casing, diffuser, multistage, vertically suspended pumps(API Class VS6). By omitting the outer case, the CZ becomes submerged type pumps(API Class VS1).
The CZ is suitable for low NPSH, low temperature,and a wide range of process and industrial application. This pump is that NPSH can be adjusted by adding the column assembly.
Heavy duty construction is in full compliance with API610 11th edition.
Seal chamber dimensions is in full compliance with API682 and API610 standards. Dual seals can be installed with our standard seal chamber dimension.
Small installation space and easy installation Vertical pump arrangement saves valuable installation space. Shipment of completely assembled pump (less driver and outer case) simplifies field installation. In-line suction and discharge simplifies piping requirement.
Minimal variety of spare parts By standardizing our vertical pumps, replacement parts are interchangeable and can be provided with little or on lead time.
Easy maintenance Fabricated head and outer case, flanged spacer coupling, flanged bowl construction are adopted for easy maintenance.
Low vibration Strong driver mount design minimizes vibration of pump.
